Banana Rice Pudding

You will need

50g short grain rice
600ml of prepared S-26 GOLD® TODDLER milk drink
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 small ripe banana, mashed
¼ tsp ground cinnamon



Make rice pudding by putting the rice, milk and vanilla essence in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer for 30 – 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and mix with the mashed banana. Serve and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.

Tip: For variation mixed berries can be used instead of the banana.
