Rhubarb and Raspberry Puree

You will need

4 rhubarb sticks
200g raspberries
Juice from an orange



Preheat oven at 180°C. Roughly chop rhubarb stalks and place in the oven for 30 mins. Remove stalks and allow to cool. Blend rhubarb, raspberries and juice from orange.
