You will need
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small brown onion, peeled and diced
100g lean beef mince
1 tomato, diced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
¼ cup cooked spaghetti
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium high heat, add the onion and cook until soft.
Add the mince and cook until browned. Then add the diced tomato and parsley and simmer for 10 minutes. Put the mince and cooked spaghetti into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
